I am an award winning* corporate executive and leadership coach, PCC, team and group coach, equine assisted learning coach, corporate facilitator and assessment interpreter. I found coaching while struggling as a new manager and it changed my life, so much that it became my second career!
My career journey spans over 25 years in the fields of coaching, assessments, learning & development and people management. I have a BA in Philosophy, BS in Communications and hold several coaching and assessment certifications, including Hudson Institute Executive Coaching, Equine Specialist EAGALA, Hogan, The Birkman Method, Korn Ferry Leadership, and the Enneagram.
